Who are we?
Nightingale's is a family-run business which has a long-standing reputation for providing high quality services to the independent care sector in Gloucestershire.
Founded in December 1998, Nightingale's initially provided care in the community. Eighteen months later the service was extended into residential and nursing homes.
As well as supplying Care Assistants, Nightingale's can also provide Support Workers for adults with learning difficulties.

Home Care
Nightingale's Home Care can provide care in your own home from Half an hour to 24 hours a day including waking nights/ sleepin's and routine day-to-day care, respite care and palliative care, provided by experienced, highly trained, dedicated health care assistants.
Clinical Consultancy
Advice and practical solutions for complex clinical situations in your area of care. We are licensed by the Care Quality Commission.

We are able to offer full-time or part-time hours to suit the individual.
Because of the unique diversity of services offered within the Home Care service, we are continually seeking reliable, committed staff who are able to work individual 24-hour shifts or blocks of 24-hour shifts in addition to the more standard hours.
